To cancel an order please contact us either via email, phone or the contact form. Please make sure that you can supply us with the order no. Please see our Warranty & Returns for more information.

Your payment will be taken when your order is placed (at the checkout). If your payment doesn’t go through please check with your bank before contacting us.

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom, however if you are in need of delivery of an item to an alternative country please feel free to get in touch and we will do our best to find you a supplier who is able to ship to your country.

The expected delivery time for your order will depend on the option selected at checkout, however as all our orders are tracked you may request the tracking information for accurate delivery times. To request this please contact us either via email or the contact form.

We offer a 30 day returns policy for all products. Return items must be in an as new condition, unused, clean and with all of their original packaging and tags. additional information can be found on our Warranty and returns page.

We are very sorry that this has happened. Please send us an email with the order No., description of the damage and pictures of the damage (the more you can supply, the better). We will then supply you with a refund. (Terms & Conditions apply).
We recommend ordering a replacement to reduce the delay.

As standard we offer 12 months warranty on all of our products.
