To return an items or request an product warranty claim, please ensure that you follow the below and action it correctly.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all our products, so if you need to return any items please follow this easy ……. step process.

  • Use the contact form to state the items you wish to return, the order No. and the reason for return
  • Dispatch the parcel with a courier of your choosing
  • Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue the refund within 7 days.

 

Please note that we only refund the value of the products returned, no additional charges will be refunded.

Return items must be in original packaging whilst still accompanied by all related accessories and instruction booklets to be accepted as a return. They must also be in as new condition, unused, clean and with all of their tags attached (If applicable). Please do not attachment any stamps or labels to the product packaging as this will invalidate your return. No refund will be issued for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

All returns are thoroughly inspected on arrival, and if all the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued for the returned products within 7 business days. All Refunds are credited back to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please note that customised merchandise cannot be returned. This includes a change of product on any item from the standard. the only exception to this is where we are merely supplying an different item and not actual fixating a new alternative.

Warranty

MH Adventure takes great pride in the quality and reliability of its goods. All products are warrantied from the date of purchase to the original product & owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Our warranty doesn’t override your standard regional consumer guarantees.

MH Adventure reserves the right to determine between manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and normal wear-and-tear / accidental damage / improper care / negligence or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

All warranty claims must be submitted with an order no./proof of purchase & high-resolution photos.
